Highly accomplished professional in information technology including research, development, and project management. Expertise encompasses web technologies, mortgage banking systems, electronic signatures, expert witness services and industry standards. Rachael is a recognized leader in the mortgage banking industry as both a technology evangelist and subject matter expert who has acted as a trusted adviser, key decision maker and driver of results in industry initiatives.

As a consultant, Rachael provides over twenty-five years experience with paper to electronic strategies, industry standardization, integration issues with legacy systems, electronic and digital signatures, business-to-business information exchange, electronic mortgages (eMortgages), health care information systems, record retention policies, systems for text processing, indexing and structuring and patent applications and litigation. In her consulting practice Rachael has advised mortgage banking lenders, technology vendors, GSEs, insurance companies, private and public heath care organizations and automotive finance companies.

Rachael has extensive experience in electronic and digital signatures and in residential and commercial loan technology platforms from origination and closing to vaulting and servicing. For the past eleven years, she has been a major contributor to the mortgage banking industry standards organization, MISMO. Rachael designed the eMortgage specifications for creation, signing and archival of electronic loan documents, electronic closing systems, the exchange loan information between systems and the XML architecture for the MERS® eRegistry. In March of 2006, the Mortgage Banking Magazine designated Rachael as a “MISMO All-Star.” Rachael is currently Co-Chair of the MISMO, eMortgage Workgroup, Universal Loan Identifier and Universal Document Identifier Workgroups.
